Spire of the misty moon

Morganite is a living crystal from the Earthshaker's domain. They grew at the edge of dragon home, where the magic filled waters of the starfall isles flooded at high tide. Joya, the jeweler, had flown over the bay to collect crystals, began to chip away shards of a large, dragon sized crystal until it cracked and splintered, and a dragon emerged, as though from an egg. Their hide was not crystalized, but smooth and as shiny as the morganite they'd emerged from. Joya, very surprised, allowed them to look around before the nocturne like crystal began to stumble, suddenly alive without any more magic to support them. Joya flew them across they bay, and took them to Nemeth. Unsure of what to do with the crystalline dragon, Nemeth mixed powdered blue quartz with other regents, hoping to create a powerful enough regent to continue to magically charge this crystal dragon, and he was able to. The carefully crafted runes glowed and fused across their hide, and soon, they could move again with the grace of any other nocturne.

Though they shine like crystal and have scales which are as smooth and magical as any morganite crystal, they are now more or less a normal dragon now. They use crystals like the one they grew from to create healing auras for other dragons in the clan and shrines to the moon. Though it took them some time to adjust to living as a dragon, they are a very happy go lucky type of person. They are quick to laugh, and love to tell jokes and help others. They chose healing as a main profession so that they could help others in the clan. They are also a fantastic parent, and try to help all of their children grow and become their own dragon. Morganite is well known and well loved in the clan, and often helps to take care of hatchlings that are not his own, as well. They love the clan dearly and they try to help out whenever they can, often using heir friendly, out going nature to act as a diplomat for other clans when trading or seeking allies.

Family & Friends

Despite her shy nature, Hydrangea asked Morganite on a date once, after their many visits to her garden. they were quickly smitten with the sweet moon priest, and they were more than happy to go on the one date with her, and then another, until the two moved in together. Morganite loves to spend time with her, and help her tend to her garden. It is now filled with magic filled crystals to help the plants grow strong and imbue them with different types of magic as is needed. They love Hydrangea more than nearly anything else in the world, and are very happy to get to share their life with her.
