Fae was captured after a battle with another clan and was only kept in the clan because of Slime. Without him Fae would have simply been sold as a servant to some dragon, however DarkSky wanted to know every prediction and prophecy that Slime made. She told Fae to stay with Slime and write down every important line that he says. Fae was made to wear shackles that attached to an iron necklace placed on Slime to prevent escape.

All day all Fae does is sit on Slime’s head as the tundra plods around, but despite hating his boring job, he isn’t entirely unhappy. Surprisingly, the fae became popular among the mirrors. Having grown up around other dragons he doesn’t have the monotonous speech patterns normal amongst faes, instead he speaks perfect draconic! Fae is witty and charismatic. He often amuses everyone with silly skits and jokes. Because of his popularity his treatment dramatically improved. For example he isn’t fed strictly the cheapest bugs anymore and his shackles were recently made a lot lighter and longer, even though this made them weaker. Nobody thinks Fae is going to try to escape. As long as Fae has a roof over his head and proper food, he is happy enough! (Besides, he is too pessimistic to assume he could find a better life by escaping.)
