Biography
He is a corrupt and bound creature with ties to more Hellish origins and is a servant of my girl Markesh who represents the Three Fates in mythology
Latak is bound to her and resides in chains though he's free to roam the inner depths of the cavern, his boundary is right behind her chair. If he appears in front of her, or wanders past the boundary it is unknown what will happen but he's scared enough of it to obey.
When she manipulates other's fates, he's sort of like her cashier and will swallow a piece of flesh or soul to seal the deal. It is also unknown why he would want such a job but it is known that whatever he consumes becomes a part of him and he can freely morph into the parts and, if the donor is still alive, can even see into their memories, thoughts and, if the part is 'special' can hack into their mind to manipulate at will
Though he keeps that last part a secret
Through this, he takes on very disturbing and hideous forms at will, often taking on the looks of something ungodly
