Though born to a plague nest, Noelle more properly can be said to represent three elements in one body. The color of ice and snow as well as the shining green of spring, with eyes and markings that speak of life too small to see that somehow always wins out... Noelle is an amalgam. Her egg hatched during the deepest part of winter and brought a spark of life to the frozen stillness of the season.

All life started from creatures too small to see. The living runes covering Noelle's body are constantly evolving, and will sometimes spontaneously form new life away from the dragon. Usually this only happens in the dead of winter, as if to remind others that life can be found even in the most inhospitable situations.

Noelle never intended to settle in one place, as her job is to bring life to as many as she can; however, Chaotic Daydreams has so many that need her she cannot stay away for long. While she'll be found wandering Sornieth during the most trying of times in other regions, Noelle always is home for the heart of the holidays.
