Matthew

Matthew is the long-suffering mate of Temeraire. He is always coming and going, telling wonderful tales of his supposed adventures through time and space, and his lairmates whisper of a blue box that he fixes up that might just be bigger on the inside. Although he mainly eats plants, like most tundras, he also enjoys a good snack of fish fingers and custard every once in a while.

FR TRICK OR TREATING:
"Hm?" The display to Matthew's left had begun to chirp, indicating that someone had knocked on the door of his box. "Temeraire, is that you." he called absentmindedly, but that couldn't be right! His mate had left to go fishing with Slythekyx and Sulfate. His eyes fell on the date displayed on the control console! "Is it that time already," he exclaimed, digging through the pile of spare parts for the Halloween supplies he'd stashed just in case this sort of thing occured. "And a good thing too," he muttered to himself, taking a moment to adjust his fez and straighten his bowtie. Smiling amicably, he threw open the door to the stunned dragon.

"Welcome! What a lovely costume! And yes, before you ask, it is bigger on the inside. Now take your pick: jelly babies, or fish fingers and custard?"
