Dark oil on old bronze. Cogs and gears tick in time. Someone sings far away; the sound of the mechanisms plays a counterpoint. The singer is in the machine.

Bluetwilight has always liked to use his hands. He loves to create things, beautiful little gizmos and clever toys for the hatchlings. He also keeps any machinery in the lair running properly; this includes steam vents and heated water. None of the other members of the clan have much interest in these inner workings, leaving it up to Bluetwilight to figure out what is and isn't working if there's a problem. Not that he minds. He is painfully shy and prefers only the company of his delicate mate and his small, clever machines.
