He is very well-mannered and well-spoken. Some may see him as sly but he only ever manipulates to protect loved ones. Different expressions are rare for him, he usually keeps a nonchalant face making him incredibly hard to read. Which is ironic because he is exceptionally skilled in reading minds and figuring out the moods of others.

He felt terrible for falling for his brother's mate but when she fell for him too, he knew he had to tell him. Typhoon was heartbroken, especially when he found out they had an egg together. But that hatchling was his niece/nephew to be so he knew it would be wrong it resent them.

As time went on Arcus and his new mate grew apart as slowly as they fell in together. Everyone understood that as dragons that live forever it was natural they would each change over time but no one expected it to be over. Neither could quite explain to family or friends how the relationship just wasn't the same. It hurt Arcus deeply as he could sense the concern and bitterness from his brother for seemingly coming between him and Venus for such a short fling.

He knows now that he should take advantage of his new freedom to gain perspective and experience. He wants to travel and get to know other dragons with different lives. Hopefully he will find happiness and ease the tension weighing heavy on his mind. - WRITTEN BY UNKNOWN
