BLOOD-SAVANT
Blood-Savant dragons are born with red runes displayed on their scales. These runes, said to be created by a ritual performed on the on the dragon while it is still just an egg, use powerful plague magics to magnify a single ability of a dragon. Each Blood-Savant dragon has a different enhancement, usually these are known to the dragon when it hatches, but some dragons may take years to figure out their power. The augmentation, or 'savant', of each dragon can be anything from powerful magics or enhanced intelligence, to an intensified personality trait.

ABOUT.
Some dragons say Amane was born singing, others say she didn't even speak a word for months after she was hatched. Regardless, she is now one of the most talkative dragons around. Her savant is her singing ability, she can charm and inspire nearly any dragon who hears her sing. She mainly uses her talent for good, often offering free songs around a fire, or a performance for young hatchlings. It is only on rare occasions that she uses her voice to get her way. Get her talking, and she'll tell you about the time she charmed a dragon out of his entire hoard with a single song.

Amane likes to help people. She left her birth clan in order to see more of the world, and to help her learn new songs. She's not very talented in a battle, so she tires to stay away from areas that are dangerous, often mooching off traveling dragons or friendly clans for safety. That was how she met ______, who introduced her to the clan she currently resides in.
