There isn't a thing that Denver misses when he's paying attention. His eyes seem to catch everything - from little movements to lies in another's eyes. His hearing is even sharper than his eyesight; he seems to know about every little thing that occurs within the Clan, much to his Clanmates' annoyance. He can't help it though, he likes being aware of everything going on around him.

Denver's image of himself is incredibly important to him - he takes every failure and mistake hard, and often won't forgive himself for it. He wants to do nothing but good, and is very proud of the dragon he wants to be - he just doesn't know that he isn't there yet.

Denver is incredibly protective of those who he feels need it - which is pretty much every dragon he meets. He wants to prove himself worthy to them, and he feels that the only way to do so is to watch their back for them. The thought of harm coming to any dragon he knows makes him feel sick, especially if he feels he could possibly do something about it.
