Biography
Born blind and speaking in strange tongues, Kowahkan was regarded at first as a dangerous and powerful warlock. He was sent from his hatchplace, from fear that he would turn on them. Because of this, he made his way, stumbling and whimpering to find a new place. Along the way, he met a strange, smelly creature that began following him. He didn't understand why, or what the creature was - he couldn't see after all. The creature turned out to be a Pink-Tail Mole that had been abandoned by it's family as well. He took the creature in and named him Honani. Honani was stranger less in the fact that he was blind and smelled horrible, and more in the fact that he was able to understand and decipher the Imperial's wild ramblings.
Kowahkan was born with the ability to directly communicate with the Earthshaker, and - because the deities did not speak draconic - he was able to speak the deity's language. As dragons far and wide learned of his ability, Kowahkan was sought out, chased down and eventually caught by the leader of Legion, a dangerous clan that specialized in it's procurings of rare and beautiful creatures - from the Royal born to unite Sornith, Kohana, to the Life-Speaker Cadfael, to the Spell Dancer, Star Dancer, Cassius collected trophies. And Kowahkan was a special prize. Cassius believed that he could control the Earthshaker through controlling Kowahkan, and thus bring about the destruction of all eleven deities.
Yet he underestimated the abilities of his rival clan, who sought out the caravan that was bringing Kowahkan back to Legion's territory. They destroyed the caraven, freeing Kowahkan and stealing him away into their protected circle. There he remains, protected by the dragons of Auroral Dissonance. Kowahkan learned just after he arrived that he was not the only one who could commune with a deity. Ghassan, a beautiful Skydancer, was able to speak - albeit meekly - to the Shadowbinder, and Naramis, Cassius' own daughter, was able to speak to the Arcanist. He found happiness in knowing he was not alone.
Throughout his adventure, Honani stayed with him, protected and loyal - if a little smelly and talkative - by his side. SoK owahkan lives peacefully, helping fight against Legion's cruel and warmongering ways.
