When Azalea was still young and carefree enough to play, she was often found among the branches of the willow tree. Whenever she was asked why, she said "I'm playing with my friend!" Most assumed she had an imaginary friend but she had actually been playing with the spirit of the willow tree.

"Your clans are growing." She stated softly, inspecting a leaf between her fingers. Her greenery rippled slightly around her, long branch-like hair draped over her tree.
"I always knew that Nature and Wind worked well together." The leaves whispered around her as if in agreement.
"But," she squinted at the leaf, "there are different elements seeking out your clans.... They'll need someone of their own magic, of their own kind to look up to, to teach their children."
"In order for everyone to feel equal the other elements will need someone to represent them.... Or..." She let go of the leaf, it fluttered to the packed dirt floor beneath her. "We might endanger ourselves. And I have become way too attached to this clan and this tree to see it damaged." She sat up and smiled, her jade eyes glittering.
"Heed this dragon, gather the best adepts of each element, or face dire consequences in the near future." Slowly, her form melted into the bark and branches of the tree. If one had sensitive ears they could've heard a faint "I've always wanted to do that."
