Little is known of Huginn's past. Little is known of his age, less of his birthplace, though his topaz eyes seem to call back to the Blacksand Annex. Dragons who have encountered Huginn tell that he has the vigor of a hatchling, yet his eyes seem to pierce and know all, like the wisest of clan elders. Some individuals whisper that he has another form, a raven, pitch as night and equally as silent. The clan members of Maraas-Kata pass around that they have seen him speak directly to his god, the Shadowbinder, but the rumors fall silent when they notice the haunting pale eyes of Muninn lain upon them.

Huginn is a self-proclaimed scout in Maraas-Kata, though spy may be a more accurate term. He is adept at acquiring information, though his clanmates shudder to imagine where he procures it, and is the whisper in the clan leader's ear when enemies are involved.
