  • He can often be found at nearby mines and digsites examining new rock and gem specimens.
  • Despite his love for gemstones, he despises jewelry and how it warps the natural form of the stones.
  • Sometimes, the occupants of Crystal Pools capture Onyx's attention and he dedicates months to the study of how gemstones form on the creatures there.
