A hard working individual and who loves to fly, Calypso was destined to travel all across Sornieth. Calypso was that one kid who would suddenly disappear behind their parent's backs. Calypso grew interested with delivering packages and mail as she grew older since her father was a courier himself. When she was old enough, Calypso trained as a courier under her father and once she was ready, she left her home in her small wind clan to see the rest of the world and eventually find a job in another clan.

If Calypso was told a year before that he was going to meet an abandoned Snapper child who's a Changeling, Calypso would of asked what the heck you were talking about. When she was visiting he icy terrain in Sornieth, Calypso found a starving Snapper who was nearly frozen. Horrified, Calypso took the child to her camp site and healed her. She learned the child is named Josie and she was chased out by her parents. Calypso took pity and decided to bring Josie with her until the Snapper found a new home. Over time, Calypso learned Josie is a Changeling, therefore not even an actual dragon. Calypso at this point considered her to be her little sister and didn't care. The duo found the Isles of Memoria and Calypso got a job as a courier.

Calypso is a workaholic to say the least. With her job allowing her to fly most of the time, Calypso adores her work. She's able to balance that out with raising her sister Josie, who she adores. Calypso is determined with whatever she's doing and is a great navigator, but Calypso does not have the best common sense. She sometimes comes off as naïve and gullible.
