Sorell has always been unique since her hatching. Unusually cheerful, sometimes a tad eccentric, incredibly stubborn, and maybe a bit too bold. Definitely not the calculative tactician that her warrior father was. But she has a truly selfless heart, always looking out for others and wanting to help in whatever way she can. So as a young child she knew that the best occupation to help others would be a healer. When it was time to develop her skills, Sorell eagerly tried her luck at magic, and for a while, everything was going perfectly. She could see a path for her as a magic healer, and she could help everybody! Then that dream spectacularly blew up in her face. Quite literally. Much to her embarrassment, and perhaps her father’s. She still doesn’t know to this day. Even after numerous attempts from the other dragons to gently persuade her from chasing her dream, it wasn’t too long before Sorell decided to take a different approach, doing things the old-fashioned way - herbs. Like all the attempts to use magic, she was optimistic, knowing that even if she didn’t succeed at this either then she had tried anyway, and that was all that mattered. Thankfully though, she found that she had a natural talent for combining materials to make medicines and was quite the apothecary, and her hopes skyrocketed! The clan all breathed a silent sigh of relief when Sorell announced that she would head off on her own to search for a clan that she could flourish in, though they were a bit sad to see the cheerful and quirky nocturne leave. With her father’s blessing and with high hopes, she ventured out on her own to search for a clan where her talents could be appreciated and put to good use.
