Biography
Comet has been with the clan for many years. When he first came to the clan, he was just a hatchling, saved from exaltation as well as his friend Kelvar. Comet 💫 has been able to make good relations with everyone with the clan (thanks to some help from Naomi). Because of his charming and Imperial ways, Lavender decides to make him the manager of the Hoard and other clan expenses. Though he is in charge of gathering and sorting through what the clan needs, he still has to talk with Jewel on how to spend them. Jewel and Comet don’t exactly get along, though put their issues aside for work. However, after work, especially at the Tavern, the two can be seen giving each other menacing glares all the way to arguments that must be broken up by Leo.
At work, Comet works with Quartz (the Tundra), and on occasion Naomi, to find the best way to spend the currency in the Hoard. Comet receives many letters and verbal confrontations, from Quartz who sorts through them, and cross checks them with his database to see if they should pursue dragons’ needs at the time or put them off to a little later (don’t worry dragon members, we just sometimes need lair space, but we’ll get back to you soon). After making the decision, Comet decides on how that will be gained. That’s when he contacts Merchants and Brewers and then the scavengers let the merchants sell their items, though sometimes he tells them to keep items for Baldwin’s Brewery too. Clan Members either get their stuff from the AH or Baldwin.
After hearing the deaths of the Imperials from the Light Domain, Comet has lost all trust in the Light Weaver and her words. As of such, he enjoys having his partner be the Misty Hollow Agent. Comet has to look out for all the members of the clan, including the imperials. Since most of his family is made up of Imperials, he finds that having a familiar that dislikes Light Flight helps him focus on not making his work more personal. Other than causing disputes with Light Clans, this Mistyhollow Agent actually helps by gathering intel and sorting it on Clan Needs. This helps Comet make quicker decisions and get to his breaks a lot faster.
Speaking of which, Comet spends him time with his family, either racing with his daughter, Leora, or helping his son, Sparky, finish up on a construction project. He also stops by the Tavern, especially when Jewel isn’t there, and meets with his friend, and the Hoard manager, Whirlpool. Though most dragons who are smaller than Comet always scream at him when they talk (he can hear them perfectly fine when they even whisper) Whirlpool seems to be smart enough to know Comet can hear just fine. Whirlpool helps Comet relax at the end of the day, knowing he has so much on his shoulders, (as he too has to manage the entire Food Supply of the dragons in the clan: 140 and counting). Whirlpool helps him out by telling him his moral stories and adventurous tales to cheer him up (that and to give Comet and his family and interesting story to listen too). No one really knows where Whirlpool gets his stories or if he just makes them up himself, but they are really fun to listen to.
