"Are you happy with yourself?"

Much like her name, Veri can be both poison and a gift. Her origins in the Ice flight rendered her cold to the emotions of others, so she is honest, true, and indifferent. However, Ice couldn't suppress her own emotions, and her jealousy runs hot and thick and toxic. She wishes she was queen of the clan, not for Ignis or any other irrelevant boy, but for the power it would grant her.

She resents her own poison gene for marring the ice-perfect white surface of her fur, even though most dragons think it makes her more beautiful. She is struggling to come to terms with both her own identity and the concept of kindness and compassion.

Veri secretly plots to overthrow the ruler of the clan and take the throne for herself. She is willing to lie, bribe and even kill to do this. However she has decided to wait patiently. Waiting, for the chance to usurp the throne, and take control of the god-forsaken clan.

an only child neglected by her parents and left to fend pretty much for herself. the enormous expanse of the Frigid Floes meant no neighbors to play with and no real connection. her actual intelligence is really high, but her social skills and emotional intelligence are really low because of this. she almost doubts if her parents even know she left. she spent a bit of time in the Crystalspine Reaches before moving to Wind.
