This Nocturne's egg laid unhatched for a year in the ruins of once a great lightning clan. It had been protected and guarded by the members of the clan, but after a great war within it's borders, the egg was left to gather dust like many other precious things. It was forgotten, an unhatched dragon sleeping inside the rough shell, while the crackling thunder roamed in the sky above it.

An older imperial dragon wandered through the ruins one winter night. Veririhma had once lived on those lands, and she wanted to know what was going on after such a long time. The egg somehow grasped her interest, peeking under all the sand and dust. The Witch took the egg to her new home, back to the Wastelands. It was placed in the nest, where the rot slowly creeped onto the electric blue shell. The young nocturne hatched soon after, her eyes glimmering electric blue. But deep within her, the rot had already taken its place. And the plague flight clan was going to take care of her as their own.

Sammalrutto is a proud dragon, hasty to prove her worth, physically and mentally. Because of her original flight, she is good with different technical trinkets, and can be seen flying around on stormy nights, chasing the lightning bolts.

Sammalrutto is the main scavenger and an explorer of the clan. She is used to rough surroundings from the dry and treacherous Boneyard of the plague flight, to the cruel and dangerous sandstorms of the Shifting Expanse. She is heavily built for a Nocturne, but has a lot of muscle strength.
