Kakoi only suffers from asthma, but it isn't severe. His eyesight sometimes fluctuates in bright sunlight and takes a few seconds longer to adjust.. This does not affect him too greatly as long as he takes precautions and he often finds himself indoors on bright days.. Prideful but not overtly vain, he will not diminish nor disrespect himself or his image. on the same note, he would never put someone else down or smear their image.

His accent has also become more british over time.

Calm, collected, and reserved, Kakoi observes with a watchful eye. He respects all beings and is always around to lend an understanding ear, or strong shoulder.
