Uh-oh, looks like this zappy ridgy wandered a little too far from his home lair (256234, deviantdoge), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful! Iventory wrote:

Adventure Log: deviantdoge #256234, The date has been worn away.... While within Pandemic Point, he realized that if he were to stay, he'd succumb to the greed and ambition that radiated throughout the entire lair. Mokairum had been grateful for Armaghan's considerate rule, but once Emry had challenged him and won in combat, Mo could easily see that the young Wildclaw would lead them into many merciless battles without considering the rest of the Point. Because of this, he feels he is no longer needed and wishes to travel elsewhere.

ShepherdOfFire #220519, The date has been worn away... A bit deeper into the Scarred wasteland, he entered the Wyrmwound where a clan lived just at the of the pus filled crater. Since he was from these lands the Clan Medic didn't have to concern himself with the visitor becoming sick. This clan lived a violent lifestyle constantly at war with the beasts of the Kelp beds. Though there was one big difference from the place he had left from. These dragons had a real kinship with each other. At night when it was time to settle down everyone one gathered around bonfires through out the lair. They, talked, sang, drank and even some danced, everyone had a good time, that is until the sun rose again and the fighting with the beasts resumed.

GrinningWolf24 #212075, 5/25/17 Everyone seems to arrive in Namesong in practically the same manner: literally falling down one of the entrance holes to the massive underground burrow. It always comes as a slight shock to arrive there, whether purposefully seeking them out, or accidentally 'entering'. But once settled in, it is quite the interesting place to explore! An event, dubbed the 'Borrowed Time Program', had been put into place. Partially a rigorous training program for fighters, and partially a plea for help from the weakening clan, it acted as a sort of militia; a bolstering force to assist the clan in their mission. To keep a long story short.... he joined the Borrowed Time Program to try to help Namesong fight the Story Vortex, as well as to grow stronger and train. The clan recorded his time within the program, to better educate future travelers and clans of the danger. Mo had his own reasons for joining. While freeing areas of shade magic was a beneficial and just cause, it was his intent to use it as advertised- he would train and become stronger. He would one day be experienced enough that he could best Emry and free his clan from the ruthless tyrant's rule. Vinosa, Vittervader, Talus, and Mokairum signed up within a few days of each other, quickly being assigned as a team. Together, they started to sweep through the areas of the Training Fields and the Woodland Path to deal with and disperse any lingering pockets of the Story Vortex- a vile form of sentient shade magic. Everything went smoothly until they found the first pocket in the Woodland Path- a corrupted herd of chargers overwhelmed them, crushing Vinosa beneath their hooves as Mo and Talus rushed to free her from the creatures. Badly injured, she was sent back to Namesong so that the doctors could save her. Though she recovered, she was not well enough to join them back in the field. For protection, Talus, Vittervader, and Mo continued as a trio. It continued in a decent fashion... until the forest fire. Trapped between the canopy and an angry group of centaurs, their only option was to create an escape. An escape that facilitated Vittervader to become near-fataly wounded. After a brief respite back at Namesong, Mo and Talus decided to continue their mission despite the shortage of team members. Together, they were able to cover the rest of the forest that had been decimated by the blaze the centaurs had set. After sending in a report, they moved onto the next area: the Sandswept Delta. They had barely landed in the sandy territory before they were ambushed by the native serthis. Beaten, broken, and highly lucky to be alive, they struggled their way back to Namesong. This time, they were told that without a doubt, they would not be allowed to continue. For their own safety, they would be taken off active duty for the program, and discharged from the clan so that they may continue to recover elsewhere. Mo was slightly disappointed by this news. He could do so much yet! And he wasn't ready to finish training! He knew he wasn't strong enough to best Emry yet; he needed to continue to get stronger. He needed to learn to fight, so that hopefully one day his clan would not have to.

Many nights ago in the forest dark
Ominous blackness left its’ mark
Kernals sowing his mind with fear
Arousing memories of yesteryear
In which harsh bloodshed ruled a clan
Ruined by war, away he ran
Until he found a worthy cause
Motivation to once more use his claws
