Weird
Apocalypse  "When gravity falls, and earth becomes sky, fear the beast with just one eye..." Weird is a transfer from the Toxic Bloom, a Nature Clan in the Scarred Wasteland, but no one's entirely sure what he's doing here. They don't even think the Bloom knew he left. And how he even found the Reversal Pack is anybody's guess. Weird is, well, weird. He was created by the Toxic Bloom's own Dream Demon, Bill, to contain a dormant, chaotic Apocalypse called "Weirdmageddon", so he's actually really dangerous. Weird knows all and sees all, but if he has any malicious intent, it's very miniscule. Mostly he's just monotonous and creepy, like MissingNo. without the glitchy parts. And at least Weird has a basic grasp on the concept of emotions, though he's almost completely hopeless at expressing them. The Pack thinks being created by a Dream Demon is why Weird is attached to a Dream Demon. Ever since arriving, Weird has been following Cipher around like a moth to a flame, no matter where he goes. It's simultaneously kind of unnerving but also kind of cute, in an odd sort of way.  ??? Spectre Wyvern ".........." The Spectre Wyvern that has taken to following Weird around is essentially his equivalent of Cipher's Nightmare. Much like the mysterious equine, it is completely silent and extremely unnerving, arguably even more so since it can be seen at all times. Weird doesn't pay much attention to it, as he cares little for anything he deems a "worldly possession," but considering how often it can be found curled around his neck and shoulders, he at least doesn't mind it. When not following Weird, the Wyvern has a tendency to shadow Cipher's Nightmare, trailing after it in a way very reminiscent of their respective masters. Aside from that, it never interacts with any of the Pack's other Familiars, and barely even acknowledges their existence. Not that the Familiars are complaining, since it's so creepy and all. History Most members of the Reversal Pack were either hatched into it or were attracted to it by Mount Mystery. Weird is the exception to this, as he comes from one of the Pack's earliest allies: the Toxic Bloom. Though never considered "official" members of the Bloom, Weird and his creator Bill hung around the edges of the Bloom's territory. The few times Dragons were brave (or stupid) enough to approach them, it was usually to ask Bill why the heck he was even there, to which Bill would cryptically reply that he had "unfinished business" with certain Dragons in the Clan. The bravest/stupidest (depends on who you ask) would visit Bill and Weird to ask Weird questions. All the "corruption" Bill had exposed Weird to to hold the Weirdmageddon event gave Weird the abilities of all-seeing and all-knowing. Dipper (a Doppelgänger to the Pack's own Dipper) often advised against this, as Weird's answers tended to not be what the asker wanted, and Bill would often try to take advantage of the situation by proposing a deal to "make things a little better" - deals that would, in one way or another, somehow have a connection to unleashing the Apocalypse. Most foreign members of the Pack, especially the more abnormal ones, are drawn to the Pack by the supernatural energies of Mount Mystery. Weird, again, is the exception to this, as he actively sought them out. When asked why he had left the Toxic Bloom, he claimed Bill simply had no more use for him. Cipher instinctively knew that wasn't true. The few times he had encountered Bill, he had already concluded that the other Dream Demon wouldn't just let a walking apocalypse go like that. In private Weird would eventually reveal to him why he truly had left the Bloom: he doesn't know anymore. His powers of all-seeing and all-knowing had been weakening ever since the Clan converted to Nature. They were barely even there when he set out for the Reversal Pack. The powers still linger within him, as does Weirdmageddon, but there's something that's keeping Weird from answering any questions that would require omniscience to answer. Whenever he tries to, he gets a feeling around his throat that he describes as "a force stronger than anything in this Dimension attempting to strangle me". As for Weirdmageddon, the trigger to it remains unknown. All the Pack can confirm is that the event would surely tear all of Sornieth apart, and that the Shade would be very, very happy to get its talons(?) on Weird to make that happen. Through Bill's corruption Weird is now a Chaos Dragon, but he gets the choking feeling if he tries to answer anything related to the Shade or Chaos. Nowadays Weird mostly just follows Cipher around like a lost puppy, apparently gravitating towards him because he reminds him of Bill. This unofficially makes him a Villain, although he hasn't directly done anything to cause trouble with the rest of them. Mostly he just stands to the side and quips the occasional deadpan one-liner. |

Mysteriously, the Toxic Bloom and its subfactions just... vanished shortly after Weird arrived to the Pack. Even Weird doesn't seem to know why this happened, and when the all-knowing Apocalypse doesn't know something, that should get you worried. The only consolation about it is that now Bill can't track down Weird and continue... whatever it is he was doing with him. Time away from his creator has allowed Weird to gradually break out of his corrupted state, becoming slightly less of a living Armageddon and slightly more of a regular Dragon again.
