Tordin is the Earl of Riverhaven, the primary supplier of clean water to just about every city you can find on a map. Riverhaven itself has a sordid history, having once been largest harpy work camp. Not long after the camps were liberated and it's inhabitants found themselves with more freedom than places to go, Tordin seemed to appear out of thin air with no known background and declared himself Earl.

Despite his young age, the general distaste and negative associations with the area left his claim uncontested and Riverhaven was founded. He then promised all those within the city's walls protection, respect and jobs. With the largest conglomeration of harpys in the nation, which continues to increase as rumors spread of his ideals, it was no challenge to start the water mills again and secure a monopoly on market that had become unsteady with the shift in harpy labor policies.

Since bringing success to city, Tordin has been challenged for his title of Earl but the harpys of Riverhaven have not allowed any to usurp his position. Whether their loyalty is born out of mutual respect or out of a lack of anywhere else to go and a fear of the unknown, however, has yet to be seen.

Tordin has, on more than on occasion been called fox like with sly eyes, a sharp nose and a sharp mouth that's predisposed to smiling but not so much to honesty. Qualities that have only grown more so with age.
