Arguably one of the most devoted sages in all of Ushal, Felicity is a bright young Tundra who can think of no greater honor than serving as the Lightweaver's priestess. Along with her brother, Luxe, Felicity is the caretaker of Ushal's Temple of Light, and both take their job very seriously. Although, even Luxe will say that between the two of them, Felicity is the more devoted of the two, and for good reason. Felicity was born blind, and through her worship of the Lightweaver, she has began healing, in a way. Though her eyes will never truly work, certain light magicks have aided Felicity in a way that slows her to see through other means. The magic itself is complicated, and Felicity herself will only describe it as 'The Lightweaver's blessing', but even Luxe cannot understand how his sister acquired the ghostly wendigo that trails her nearly constantly. Felicity calls him Animus, and once in a while, another dragon will see both the eyes of the wendigo and the young priestess glow with an otherworldly light as the ghostly creature lends her his form. Felicity may have never seen the world through her own eyes, but with the Lightweaver's gifts, she is no longer as blind as she once was.

As a sage, most of Felicity's life is spent in Ushal under the guidance of Headmaster Gabi. It doesn't bother her, however, as she is far more comfortable amongst the familiar-feeling columns and libraries of the Temple of Light. When visitors to the Temple are few, Felicity will busy herself by collecting scrolls and artifacts from the Sunbeam Ruins to keep in the Temple. It is due to her hard work that the Temple of Light is among the most popular in Ushal, and many homesick Light dragons find themselves frequenting the Temple, as it reminds many of the home they left behind. Luxe oftens teases his sister that is she hadn't beome a sage, she might have ended up as Sorneith's most skilled blind interior decorator. (Though his teasings are usually followed by a scroll thrown at him from across the room.)

Among the latest conflict with Valentine's forces, Felicity is strangely calm. She has faith that the Gods will not turn their backs on their most devoted followers, and that they will be safe if they continue their duties. Luxe, however, cannot share his sister's optimism. After a particularly violent attack on Ushal that left one of the shadow sages, Arien, badly wounded, Luxe's worries became more and more grave. He worries for his sister, (aside from Animus, Luxe also takes responsibility for guiding the blind Tundra when she needs it) but also for Headmaster Gabi, whose increasing paranoia is driving uncertainty into the hearts of every sage. Even Felicity, though she denies her fear, has been spending more and more time meditating in the Temple in search of some kind of guidance. Whether or not Ushal is truly in danger remains to be seen, but among the sages who dwell there, the outlook isn't as bright as many have hoped.
