Shadow Shaman : Mystic : Soothsayer
Grimoire is a practitioner of magicks many believed lost forever. He is in touch with long-dead Shadow dragons who have entered the spirit world and who assist him with walking the spirit path. The runes on his body allow him to perform astral projection and walk on the other planes of existence. He is able to use these powers to seek answers for other dragons about their futures, their pasts, and to assist many guardians to find their way toward their destined charges. All dragons in the clan respect him, and some fear him, but at some time or other they all seek his counsel and pay his price.
Cake.
Grimoire really, really likes cake. And he is not afraid to be a snob about it. Present him with white cake and white icing and he will tell you in no uncertain terms to "return when you have payment worthy of my time."
Think chocolate raspberry. Or minty jadevine with chocolate swirls. Honestly your best bet is to get Xanthias the baker to make a cake worthy of Grimoire. But for that you are going to have to pay Xanthias' price.
Old cookbooks. From before the time of the third age. So, you are going to have to bribe a scavenger. If you want Grimoire's help, make sure you REALLY want it. It's going to cost you.
