 -MARIAN- through everything since he came to the clan... and now he served her as one of its protectors, reporting directly to her.  -SIERA- sometimes goes to her for her advice and tactical knowledge. -Bitter -Strict -Gruff -Fears failure ~The Starscale Order~ The official guards and protectors of the clan, marked by the pearly amulets they wear around their necks. Founded by Siera and currently led by Cinnamon, who reports directly to the clan leader, Marian. |
CINNAMON Captain of the Starscale Order 
"Get movin', pup." One of the original members of the clan, and one of the eldest sons of the allied Clan Temeritas's leaders, Cinnamon was quite sweet and innocent in his younger days, doing his klutzy best at training under Marian and cuddling with and constantly being protected--though he didn't realize this until later--by his wildclaw mate, Flame. And so his life passed in youthful innocence and peaceful joy... or at least, as peaceful as it can be in an arcane clan. That simple, sweet joy was shattered one night on patrol. He hadn't been attentive enough, wary enough. He never saw the Undying Featherback until it was too late to escape. He never quite clearly remembered what happened after that, up until he found himself staring up at his mate, in her arms, back within the clan's borders and surrounded by panicking dragons. An obsidian imperial he remembered as Alenia pulled him from Flame's arms... and his mate collapsed. It was only then that Cinnamon saw the tears in her hide, the blood covering her, her bright eyes dulled.... She had protected him, saved him, at the cost of everything. He couldn't remember anything after that. Weeks passed. And finally, slowly, he began to train again, with a new hardness in his heart, his mirror blood singing for the hunt. He would join the Starscale Guard. He would become one of the strongest in the clan. And he would never, ever, let his weakness allow something like this to happen. Never again. In recent times, with Siera stepping down as Captain of the Starscale Order, Cinnamon has found himself in her place. Here, perhaps, he can better ensure that the tragedy that befell his beloved could never happen again. Here, perhaps, he could ensure the protection of the entire clan.... -- His Ghost Flame Tail Ribbon is worn in memory of his mate, Flame; the one that he gave her is carefully stored away in his room, his most treasured belonging. -- He found an egg while on patrol, and instead of abandoning it, he brought it back with him... and when it finally hatched in a burst of fire and flame into a tiny bird, chittering up at him and curling close... he called it Flame, and it responded happily. -- An accident when visiting the clan's research department led to a surge of electricity, leaving Cinnamon in the middle... and he now eternally discharges electricity from his eyes, his elemental alignment more fully on display than ever before.
