Clavicus Vile is a rather jovial creature. He makes lighthearted jests and barbs, and his bright coloration tend to make people think he is harmless. Those that make that mistake seldom live past it; Clavicus is a meddler, a peddler, and a wish-granter. Unfortunately for those that do make deals with him, it is often a double edged sword.

It is how he won his way into Excidium, and how he won fair Nocturnal as a mate. He tends to know exactly what a dragon wants and offer them a way to receive it. For a price...
