Ezreal had been best friends with his brother. It was more accurate to call Halios his half brother, but Ezreal adored him all the same. The two of them would romp around, and it was obvious to any one that looked that the two of them would go far together. Ezreal's favorite thing to do would be to tie himself into knots tight enough that Halios would collapse with laughter before getting back to help him untangle himself. They only grew closer as the two of them grew older. Ezreal trained for the day that the two of them would have to leave the clan, focusing on physical combat to mirror the magic that Halios learned. He would look back on moments like that, when he would simply flit around the training fields grinning at his brother, and he would wonder if he should have worried about how much of his life was wrapped up in the other dragon. He focused on making his brother laugh, he learned to fight for his brother, his ideas for the future were all with his brother. But those thoughts and doubts would come later, after everything had happened, for the moment he laughed, he trained, and he dreamed. The day that the two of them left was a bittersweet day. Their shared mother Zest told them to look out for each other and to make her proud. Ezreal had nodded, too caught up in the excitement of the moment to do more. The two of them wandered for a time before settling in the Zephyr steppes to start a clan of their own. Ezreal ran whatever support his brother needed -Doesn't like the way that Halios leads, but loves his brother and respects his ability to choose so he leaves -Later is called on my the deities to stop his brother's ways -Uses all the real bears to take Halios down -Bonds with the Bramblekeep the most -Defeats his brother and takes him to the Dreamcatchers instead of killing him -The bears leave, except foe the Bramblekeep -He hangs out at the Facility to try and repair his relationship with Halios -Spends most of his time sleeping -Is friends with Ryota -Respects Layne's teachings and ideas -secretly terrified of Dawn -Thinks Isra is the bomb :D |
