Diran

The Steam-filled Mage

Diran is one of the clan's warriors, arriving with the express purpose of joining up with the fighters of the clan, and he wasn't about to take no for an answer. Of course, the clan didn't have much issue with him showing up, especially when they saw what he could do through sparring. Opponents were kept off guard as he billowed hot gas at them and flew at them in a purely offensive attack strategy. Of course, the tables were turned when his maw was clamped shut, but he was able to break free of some holds like that, putting on a rather impressive display of magical fire that further kept his sparring partners on their toes.

Though he's a promising warrior, he often lacks control, flinging himself at opponents in the hopes they'll be surprised enough for him to decimate them. It's a strategy that has mixed results and is most effective when the opponent is smaller than him, given his weighty form can be crushing to someone of a more slender build. That said, he considers this a reason to keep his weight at a certain value.
