Biography
Helios despises Thanatos.
Especially because Thanatos thinks he values all the same things Helios does. He doesn’t.. obviously. Clearly he’s a poser. Thinking about everything all wrong, He’s so selfish how could he ever actually care about other dragons’s best interests? He’s a pr¡ck, Helios would never!

But Helios is scared, almost, of how easily he could have became the man Thanatos is.
Thankfully, Helios never developed the ego for it.
Instead, he's a classist.
How unfortunate Helios doesn't realize he, too, is just as bad as his rival.
When off duty he is a wise old jeweler of the Cinderslag with an adoration for all that is beautiful, though nothing is more beautiful to him than study… regardless of his reserved demeanor that would lead one to think him a college professor or historian, he’s actually a field doctor from the terracotta mesas of the Earthshaker's domains. Year round he spends his days traveling with the warriors of the clan whenever they venture out of the safe confines of the lair. Despite this he's practically allergic to combat, and has an annoying habit of calling the brave battlers he heals ‘brutes’ or shames them for galavanting with slain beast’s skulls on their heads in celebration. This happens nearly every time they return home with spoils of war. The injured soldiers rarely appreciate this... but his healing abilites go unrivaled in the clan.
Helios has a special reverence for the past. He's studious, humble.. performatively but still incredibly giving. Some would describe him as ‘selfless’ but those who know him.. and those who hate him.. would tell you he truly considers himself much better than the masses. He's intimdating in presence and commands respect in the wake of his generally good rep. Though, as conservative as he may seem he is well aware of his silver-foxhood and does stray from his mate on “occasion”, as he’d call it. He soaks up the praise he gets from the dames for his “honest man” act (even if he certainly does not realize it’s an act). Any smart dragon knows that a dragon as attractive as himself will not be one of loyalty.
