Lucian likes to think of himself as any other dragon: he hatched from an egg, grew up playing with other hatchlings, and lives his life in the woodland area surrounding the Zephyr Gardens. There is only one difference between him and the normal dragons of the Zephyr Gardens: he is an immortal spirit of peace and tranquility. If pressed further about his spirit status, he will only say that it runs in the family. He wouldn't want anyone thinking of him as any higher being than a normal dragon. Despite his spirit status, that did not stop him from befriending the mortal dragons in the main city. His closest friend, now husband, is a courier named Glenn. They would play together as hatchlings, and when Lucian was forced to move into the woodlands (as all spirits in the Zephyr Gardens must. It's a sad sight to behold once your childhood is ripped from your hands in your adolescence, no), Glenn even went and visited him every night to make sure that he was not lonely. Even on his routes to deliver packages and parcels, he would make a quick stop to visit Lucian. They were wed in the dead of night, while no one but the spirits were awake in the forest.
