Cupcake
|
Cupcake is the guild’s top Gardener. He knows everything there is to know about all of the flora across Sornieth, you’ll not find another like him, especially not with his special ability. He was dubbed the “King of Spring” by the guild for his special gift to bring flowers into bloom during any season, though he uses his gift to help the flowers in the spring that have trouble blooming with the rest. Gardening is his passion, his first love, and he oversees all the other gardeners in the guild, making sure to teach them properly. Cupcake is a kind-hearted dragon, he is sweet and generous and always willing to help out others with anything they might need. He is always optimistic and almost never seen without a smile on his face. Many find his warm presence comforting and they also appreciate his soft floral aroma that tends to calm the angry and anxious. However, Cupcake does carry a small patch of pain in his heart due to his previous mate abandoning him without a word. Though it still stings from time to time, Cupcake is allowing himself to move on and he pushes away negative thoughts. The flowery pink Wildclaw has many close relationships within the guild as well. He spends much of his time with Eos and Gravity, and is close with Sylvi and Saporito as well. He does occasionally have issues with Foxglove because she’s a troublemaker around the flowers, but he is never rude to her, only ushering her away from the gardens. Castalia tends to her own garden away from the rest of the flora, and she seems to be neutral towards him despite his attempts to chat with her. He is always doing his best to make guild members feel welcome, especially in the gardens, which can be a place of solace for many, like himself. |
- Despite his appearance, Cupcake is a very capable Coliseum warrior and actually goes into the Coliseum on rare occasions with Mila and Ivan.
- Cupcake has been with the guild for quite some time and has a lot of history with Astra and the progenitors, Divinium and Thanatos.
- Cupcake actually has a small crush on Eos, and they spend quite a bit of time together. There is the possibility of their relationship blooming into something more, and he is hopeful for that.
- Cupcake's Orange Tabby is named Rosemallow, after Hibiscus flowers. Rosemallow often wanders the garden with Cupcake and sleeps in the sun near the flowers, and he is very social.
- The crystals on Cupcake's body are from an incident with a powerful magic flora which he was unfamiliar with during his time as a novice gardener. He decided to add the jewelry to accent the crystals instead of hiding them.
- Though he isn’t fond of it, Cupcake logs the conditions of the garden every once in a while in case any diseases happen to fall upon the flowers. He prefers hands-on work to writing and taking data, but he does what he must to keep the gardens in perfect condition.
