在Irene出生时,脖格龙依旧是大众眼中的奇怪存在,甚至被一些狂信者贬为亵渎神明的存在.对于经历过那次龙巢污染事件的龙们来说,诞生自那种事故的脖格龙仍然令龙心生疑虑,但最终大家还是渐渐习惯了这一切,并像迎接其他龙种一样欢迎脖格龙们前来加入.一天,一支流浪的商队经过龙巢并希望能做点交易讨点旅行的必需品,但在满足他们的要求后负责接待的龙却发现了一只脖格龙幼崽,那就是Irene.

和其他收留的孩子一样,Irene也在Sourberry的精心照料下和龙巢中的其他幼崽一起快乐地成长,Irene自小就展现出天真可爱体贴他龙的个性,这让那些对脖格龙有禅机的龙们也渐渐接纳了这个小可爱.在幼崽们长大后,而依照惯例Sourberry也会在孩子们成年后告诉它们身世的真相.在得知自己的真实身世后,Irene楞了一下,然后头也不回地逃进了自己的房间.等她再回来时,虽然她脸上带有泪痕,但她还是笑着说"也许是父母舍不得身为脖格龙的我被其他龙欺负,想给我找个更好的归宿呢."在其他龙看来,Irene一直是个乐观的胖女孩,虽然她的一些想法很不切实际,但她一直在用她的乐观与真诚劝解并感染其他龙.但从这一次起,大家也许意识到这个姑娘的内心也留有被那笑容隐藏起来的悲伤.

虽然几乎能和任何龙都处的很开心,但关系最好的还是Sherry,二龙的交情可以说是穿着一条裙子.二龙都对服装设计有着浓厚的兴趣,因此也有很多共同话题,不过Irene更擅长的是设计装饰物以及珠宝加工,如果二龙进行合作就能创造出令龙惊叹的美丽服饰.身上的这一套宝石是和Sherry一起设计并制造的,虽然还有很多不尽龙意之处,但对她而言这就是最珍贵也最美丽的珠宝.虽然比起个性现实的Sherry,Irene显得过于天真乐观,但Irene也能理解Sherry心中的愤怒.她不会去否认Sherry以及其他龙心中的负面情感,但她也会尽她所能用自己的方法让那些龙至少在日常生活中暂时离开纠缠他们的心结,露出哪怕一瞬发自内心的笑容.

虽然在其他龙看来是个无忧无虑的开心果,但其实很怕寂寞,尤其是和Sherry分开的时候.在Sherry离家的那段时间几乎是一反常态得郁郁寡欢,爆哭了好多天甚至差点也跑出去找Sherry.但在Sherry归来时,Irene也是第一个认出她并冲上去把她扑倒的龙.对于另一个Sherry,她也是高兴得觉得又多了一个好伙伴(更何况是和她最喜欢的朋友有着同样的名字),在那个Sherry来到龙巢的当天就为她设计了好几套珠宝,也常常会拉着她加入她和羽蛇Sherry的茶会,并乐于教授她有关服饰的一切.

因为非常贪吃,所以体型肥胖.虽然有想过想减一点但是一遇到美食就忘我得大吃起来把减肥大任抛到了脑后.
