Nightstinger

She was graceful. For some reason, Nightstinger has always been proper, doing each task with fragile handling. She even hunted- the messiest sport- with such grace it was sort of mesmerizing to watch. Even after the deed, there was hardly any pools of blood, just specks.

Nightstinger got along with her brother, Tamaki, very well. Usually between siblings, there was just some type of argument, but there was none between the two. Maybe it was the way, Nightstinger always held herself to never impose on others.

Actually it was. She promised herself to never bring any negative feelings upon others.

The dragon thought she would get a mate who shared the same qualities as her.

Oh was she wrong.

A new litter was born into the Clan, the parents being Nightcloud and Xenon. Only four were born and the talk of the Clan was the polar opposites of the the most recent liter and Tex and Diethylamide's children. One were the quiet ones causing not an ounce of trouble and the rowdy siblings of the others.

One of the males, Razor, had always stuck by Nightstinger for some reason. There were rare times were Razor would leave her side and he would always growl at other males. He had been very hyper and causing a few troublesome things here and there. At first, the Imperial dragon thought he saw her as a older sister, and she was wrong on that.

When Razor was a grown male, he would still stick by her side. Then one day out of the blue he said, "I'm your mate.". And wasn't that a surprise.

She would turn down his advances every single time. He was the opposite of her graceful image and besides he was younger as well. She was older than him by almost a whole month!

As time passed on, she slowly started to feel something for the young male. After what seemed like a lifetime, she realized that she fell in love.

They were opposites and rumors on the older Imperial and the young Skydancer, but it was just opposites that were fated to be together.
