Bacillus delights in using his skills of copy cat and subterfuge in the task of spying, harassing trespassers or any other task he is given. So long as it involves subterfuge, spy work and the relentless hounding of others he is quite happy.
Very few dare to venture near the Clan's territory and those that due rarely do so unseen, uncollected on and unreported by the Clan's Nocturne Air Defense.
Though they are a pair of bonded Nocturnes, Bacillus and Anthracis do not feedback loop to quite the extreme as their fellow Nocturne pair clan-members Septic A and Septic E.
This may be due to the good fortune of Bacillus and Anthracis spending as much time apart as they do together. Bacillus spends most of his time in the air, patrolling the Clan's territory and boarders. He tends to frequent the areas closest to the boards of the Tangled Wood and it seems to have the most impact on his personality.

Anthrax is an infection caused by the bacterium Bacillus anthracis. It can occur in four forms: skin, inhalation, intestinal, and injection. Symptoms begin between one day and two months after the infection is contracted. The skin form presents with a small blister with surrounding swelling that often turns into a painless ulcer with a black centre. The inhalation form presents with fever, chest pain, and shortness of breath. The intestinal form presents with nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or abdominal pain. The injection form presents with fever and an abscess at the site of drug injection
