Anapos knew this clan was a place he could go and be safe, his previous clan not enjoying his abilities with potions and what he could create. He was right, he was welcomed and allowed to create potions of whatever, with the only rule that he couldn't do anything to dragons within the clan, which he accepted.

He seems attracted to creatures of nature, making this clan in Nature an even better fit. He found comfort and love in a fae that seemed to be perfectly made from the flora around her. She was there for him when one of his potions spilled and a few drops splashed onto him, causing his wings and fins to start to rot, though it was mixed with something that seemed to come from within him but was still foreign. He drank a regeneration potion that keeps him from losing it all, but he is still constantly losing and regenerating them, rendering him flightless.

His flight was used to catch insects, but he learned that his lanterns and a small glowing bulb on his head was enough to attract them if he kept dark and still. He doesn't mind the dark appearance he gained, finding it the easiest way to sneak about in the night for his ingredients and care of the nocturnal ones.
