年轻的策士,为了磨练自己一直在大陆上游学,同时为了自己的某种目的一直在招揽同伴,为了暂时歇脚停留在这个龙巢.他精明的策略令初代赏识,被邀请加入龙巢.他并没有谢绝,但也说明如果有必要的情况,他还是会离开的.但事情的细则他闭口不谈.

给龙的印象是冷静,以及警惕.他不抗拒与其他龙交谈,但拒绝深交,对于谈及与自己相关的话题大多会巧妙地回避或是转移话题.虽然本质是文职,但从他偶尔的防卫手段也可以看出他的战斗实力也不同凡响,只不过他极少使出真本事.

因为知识渊博,一度被Apollo当做假想敌来敌视,但他并没有理会对方的挑衅.Reiji有一双判别人才的眼睛,通过细微的线索能够一针见血地指出龙的闪光点,他并不吝惜对他龙表达赞赏,但只有真正的强者才能得到他最高的评价.对于弱者或装腔作势者他不会出言侮辱,但也不会多看一眼.

自称有一个弟弟和一个儿子,但都失去了音讯.他四处漫游的目的可能就是寻找他们.同时他对呆在门口的Yuya抱有某种密切的关注,但这种关注并非好奇或好感.有龙从Reiji偶尔的自言自语推断Yuya可能杀害了Reiji的父亲,但很难想象这么一名人畜无害,甚至有点胆怯的精灵会做出这种事!
