~The Bookwyrm~
Devoc is not actually from this land. He is a young man with the power to transform into a dragon and arrived at Sojourn Island through a mishap with his space-bending powers. He is extremely lost and confused in this land of many dragons and has been spending an increasing amount of time in his dragon form in order to blend in. He only takes on his human form while others aren't looking, and he fears what his clanmates will think if they find out his secret.
Devoc is a shy, quiet, small boy whose favorite thing to do is reading books in a library, making him one of Star's favorite customers. He highly dislikes conflict. Depending on the situation, he will either try to mediate or back off from the situation entirely. He's not physically strong and he can be a bit clumsy, but he has a brilliant mind and a kind heart.
His space powers appear as pale blue flames around his hands when active. They allow him to perform telekinesis, as well as fly by bending space around him. If Devoc gets angry or has a mental breakdown -- which is thankfully rare -- his powers can enter a berserk state in which he loses control of his dragon form and causes the very fabric of space to rip, creating an extremely dangerous environment.
