celeste knew raspberry when she worked under the arcanist, back when the clan was very small and never exceeding 20 members. she was formerly the advisor of raspberry, and considered herself to be raspberry's greatest friend and ally.

unlike most dragons in the clan, celeste keeps two familiars - a paradise zalis and a bubbling goblin. the former is a reminder of the paradise zalis that her mother, medeni, once had. her blue scarf serves a similar purpose, reminiscent of her father's. both are extremely important to her, lending comfort and soothing celeste's inner feelings of grief, and longing.

she has endured many hardships; celeste was there when tryl became a dictator, there when flora stepped in and banished the coatl and his mate. there during all the times raspberry almost died.

through it all, she felt an increase in attachment for her former leader. likewise, raspberry found immense comfort and joy in the company of her adviser-turned-caretaker. the idea of love and closeness was a solace to the sickly fae, and equally so to the stressed skydancer. to them, love is nothing lavishing or spectacular - it is the union of two equally hurt dragons, put at peace once again and allowed their own time to heal. it is a fact of life, and a wonderful one at that.

after everything was settled, raspberry and celeste decided to take their own time to explore a life together, united, as mates.

it could be said that she is one of the most calm and gentle dragons in this clan; rarely does she ever raise her voice. she is extremely adept at magic, having enchanted a school of passerby fish, allowing them to breathe outside of the water. celeste is a social being, although her fondest memories are of the quiet nights she often spends alone with her girlfriend.
