 "What's wrong, Boy? I'm right here? Can't you see me?" Tenebra is a nervous, twitchy dragon with a volatile attitude. He seems to be in a perpetual state of either anxiety or outright panic with no in between. Despite this, once one makes themself known as a friend and not a foe, he is a rather charming dragon, though soft spoken and prone to shake if you move around him too quickly. His fears are due to the shade that corrupts him. The infection was sourced from his eyes, and caused his sight to change drastically. He sees in inverted color and living beings move in infrared blurs, their shape mingling with the neon colors of the world to create horrific beasts. It is only when they stop moving can the shape settle into a friend. This has left Tenebra with a great fear of anything moving, as he cannot tell whether it means him harm or otherwise. Blinded, a New Life In an attempt to bring himself a feeling of safety, Tenebra found and now wears a Sage Cover. He dresses in black from head to tail, trying to hide the scars of his infection. He has been trying to work towards becoming a healer, but a sick dragon himself, it is a difficult road. If does not help that he has no patients who want to visit him. Azur has taken it upon herself to try and aid the lonely, sightless dragon with his quest, but even she seems to avoid him. Aveugle has begun helping him move about the world without sight, teaching him how to sense his surrounds via magic. Strangely, he seems to have made friends with Ombre, despite beforehand having always avoided the Ghost. He speaks with him often, very friendly with the spirit, who does not seem to say anything in return, as far as anyone can hear. Many wonder if the Shade that infects Tenebra is finally catching up to his brain, and madness it taking over, or if he is finally learning to harness his infected sight in a way no has ever anticipated. Perhaps, with a sudden interest in healing and speaking to a haunted dragon, he sees things that others do not. N/A |
