Heart
fiery | prideful | convivial
Clan Aide
Born in the middle of the Focal Point itself, Heart lived up to the name she was given by proving that she had a big spirit (and even bigger heart) to share all her kindness and love with. She was a boisterous young thing; running around and working with others and adapting to many different types of dragons easily, as if she had no enemies and nothing to fear when she was in the comfort of others. For Heart, home was where the love truly was - where all her questions were always answered and her chest was always full of unending love and pride for her surroundings. Yes, life was good, and things never seemed to sour for Heart.
In her adolescence, Heart bid adieu to her birth clan and went on expeditions with a few other dragons by her side, taking lead and guiding the group all around Sornieth. Their travels were long and plentiful - no one went hungry, and many resources and riches were found from all around. Heart’s journeys were full of endless memories (all of each she still holds dear to her today). Eventually, though, her group disbanded and settled into territories they felt best fit for them, leaving the lonely leader herself in a newfound need to find a home of her own.
(“I was named after the lifeline of the body,” Heart thought to herself. “I am full of strength and I am fully able to supply myself - yes, that’s it!”
With her head held high, Heart tapped into herself and grinned with a smile that could have easily outshone the sun.
“I am Heart, and I will find my way!”)
With her journeys behind her as a means of storytelling (“Drunken stories,” Heart jokes with a raucous laugh), Heart traveled for about two more weeks before finding and settling into her new home. Heart quite literally did establish her dominance the first day she got there by heartily setting down her bag and exclaiming in a clear, sonorous voice:
“I’ll be living here now!”
Miraculously, Heart was accepted into the clan immediately after her sudden arrival, and she quickly made herself at home just as if she were a child back in the Focal Point. She adapted faster than she ever had when she was along her travels, and her background knowledge of being a leader certainly helped her take over certain jobs of the clan as needed. Heart now serves as an aide to the clan leader (though she occasionally jokes about how she’d like to become the leader herself) and swears herself as protector to them and to all other members of the clan. You can usually find Heart hanging around other dragons or organizing miscellaneous treasures around the clan. (Or loudly spewing stories about how extravagant her travel days once were, whichever comes first.)
