Biography
Xytalle was the First. She was considered the Mother of the clan. She along with Teranne were the founders of the Wind Riders clan. Both were guardians, looking to settle down and start a clan. They worked tirelessly together to gather dragons and minds alike to expand their territories closer to the heavens where the Windsinger blows his ever churning Twisting Crescendo. The Wind Riders are situated some place in the Reedcleft Ascent, a place of alternating winds, low and high pressure and plateaus wherever the eye could reach. This dangerous yet tranquil remote area of the Windsinger's domain proved excellent for young and older dragons alike. A large stretch of land and plenty of cliffs to practice flying was perfect for the many hatchlings the clan fosters. Digitzohran became leader of the Wind Riders when he claimed ownership of a hidden lair entrance by the cliff side. While Teranne was focused on his adventures, Xytalle would spend most of her time flying about recruiting dragons of all shapes and sizes to the clan. It wasn't easy, although many dragons wished to settle down, convincing the Wind Riders was a place they were willing to stay in was challenging. Early on, the clan had many Ridgebacks. Stripes and Marbles were some of the first to join. Ace, then Magnus the retired warrior helped out by fighting enemy territories. Brightstone his old mate, a mirror left for another clan. Buttercups along with the spectacularly golden brothers Judge and Valerie came soon after. Then it was Nexus, Desirae and so on. Dragons have come and gone, with each their own story to tell. For some, the Wind Riders were a temporary home for rest. For others, it was their family. As the clan grew even bigger, Vesta, Captain Midnight and Reoshen joined the clan to become their respective Day and Night shift workers. As the beastclan territories pressed closer to dragonkind, stronger warriors needed to be trained to fight in the more dangerous Golem Workshop. Aegis, Demo and Wraith combined their strength and teamwork to ward off intruders while coming home with all kinds of gadgets and trinkets. They were responsible for rescuing Nexus, a scientist working in the GW who became the grandfather of his 3 likeminded grandchildren. Now, more than ever stands before them a large and prosperous clan that is rich in history and with dragons of all cultures and sizes. Xytalle and Teranne are true windy spirits and travel in the world in pairs whenever they can. Due to this habit of leaving and almost never coming back, it is rare for the clan's newcomers to have ever heard of the progenitors responsible for creating and expanding the clan's massive territories. When Xytalle and Teranne return from their lengthy departures, the clan erupts in celebration and hold a large banquet for all dragons to partake in. Every month at the end of Teranne's breeding cycle, Xytalle make sure to visit the lair to lay a cluster of hatchlings. As Teranne is no longer a guardian, he no longer feels the need to protect his charge. However his guardian instincts may still act up and both are plenty capable of returning to the clan in times of crisis to protect the clan from upcoming danger. |

Exalting Xytalle to the service of the Windsinger will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
