Sews and alters garments, weaves and crochets fabric projects, spins yarn, and crafts plush toys for the hatchlings of the Clan.

About

Daesne is a shy, softspoken Spiral who loves her Clan and her work. She is very fond of hatchlings, though she has reservations (and lacks the confidence in herself) to try to raise her own. When she is not overly busy with her Seamstress work, she enjoys creating plush dolls for the hatchlings of the Clan to play and sleep with. Her companion is a strange elemental creature of Opposing Forces she calls Maels, which floats and swirls around behind her as she works and sometimes assists her in whatever ways it can.

Her mate is a Pearlcatcher named Pierrion, who is a Scout and member of Lorriander's gang. She worries for his safety and disapproves of his involvement in the gang's schemes, even though he never directly commits any crimes. Still, she would never betray him, and is happy enough to revel in him coming home (from work or play) safely. Daesne is everyone's friend, and finds herself invited to events large and small by dragons from every part of the Clan. However, she rarely attends, as she is often anxious around many dragons.

Her most prized possession is a Gladekeeper sackdoll that her mother made her when she was a hatchling, which she uses as a pincushion, and her favorite food is Common Shellbug.

Her former familiars include a Blooming Strangler named Dallydew.
