Deidara has been helping people for longer than she can remember. She was one of the first member of the clan, and has been its designated healer ever since. She is also a mentor to anyone who wishes to learn the ways of the healer.

She hasn't chosen a mate yet, and she doesn't feel the need to do so. She is perfectly happy just doing her job. Nothing is more rewarding to her than helping other dragons in need. That is what motivated her to take in a young Skydancer she found lost in the forrest. That very hatchling would grow up to become her most talented apprentice.

That Skydancer's name is Yellowsky, and since that fated day, she has taken her under her wing. Deidara showed her how to make healing salves from forrest herbs, soothing potions from rainwater and calming brews using seashell powder.
