Rectorah

RECTORAH: LEAD HEALER

A dark blood coloured coatl from the frigid lands of the Icewarden came stumbling in to the clan, sick as a dog. It was feared the dragon was sick enough to kill all those in the clan and the Imperials wanted him to be exiled, but the healers stepped in and nursed the dragon back to health, albeit slowly.

Living in the lands of the Plaguebringer offered him some protection - he prayed to her to rid him of what ailed him and eventually, through time, praying and many herbs and poultices, he grew well again. He told them his name was Rectorah, and he had come from his old clan seeking knowledge. Too sick to leave, he had learned a lot about the clan and wished to stay, and was welcomed in to the fold.

Thankful to the healers, Rectorah took the mantle of their work himself - donning the sash and the turban of a well learned healer when he became the lead healer many years later. His mate is Cherlota, a well regarded priestess and a dragon much older than he - but he finds her mysterious and alluring, and cares not for those saying he should find someone his own age.
