Sandscale

Sandscale is the clan's fiercest protector, and the dragons respect her for it. She puts her whole body behind each strike; if one hit lands, it often decides the battle instantly.

She has a soft spot for "dumb"-looking animals, most notably the dodo she recently obtained on a hunt at the Roost. The bird had waddled right up to her, completely oblivious to the mortal peril it was in. She twisted her long neck around to get a good look at it; it was small, about the size of a Fae, but three times as fat. A sharp-toothed grin spread on her face when it tilted its head to the side and let out a curious squawk.
Sandscale returned to Abe and Mardic, clutching the ruffled bird in her talons. "Look at this thing! It's so fat!" she exclaimed, nearly thrusting the dodo in Mardic's face. He craned his neck away from the smelly creature and tried to ignore it.
Abe also looked disappointed. "Really? This again?" the Nocturne sighed.
"No, look at its face! Its eyes don't even match up!" In fact, they did not; they faced opposite directions, giving the bird an exceptionally vacant look.
Abe looked at it judgingly, "I'd look like that too if you held me like that."

long story short, this thing is walking around the town somewhere; no one will eat it incase Sandscale finds out if they did.
