Phoebe

Phoebe was born and raised in Luminax's Wake, having never known a life outside of it. One of Carnation's favourite students, Phoebe was elated to be chosen as The Emissary of Arcane. Like her flight's patron deity, the Guardian is clumsy and carefree. There have been several incidents regarding her unpredictable magic, which she refutes as "a little bit of fun".

Having grown up around relatively downtrodden dragons, Phoebe had always wanted to be a shining light and help her caretakers. She found herself using magic to help alleviate the burdens her clanmates dealt with, and aimed to be the best of her craft to be an asset to the struggling Outclaws. She trained day and night to hone her skills, both physical and elemental. Using her natural strength as a Guardian, and her inclination towards spell casting, she quickly became a formidable opponent to any dragon that would stand in their way.

To no one's surprise, Phoebe never wandered in order to find her charge, for she had already found her charge: The wellbeing of the Outclaws. Protective and loving, her eccentric nature endears her to her clan.

Despite her talent with magic, the girl is more than just a spell caster. Phoebe is a passionate soul, and wants nothing more than to protect her clanmates. The Guardian is adept at using force on top of unpredictable arcane tricks, and her raw strength is unparalleled. Though she may still be a clumsy fighter, her tenacity and courage remains unwavering.

As an Emissary, she remains close to Ophanim, and is deeply loyal to the old Spiral. Though she lacks the same devotion to her patron deity, the two get along, with Phoebe claiming to be his guard. Her relationship with (VOICE) is strong as well, with the two becoming rapidly close in a short time period. While (VOICE) rejected her gift as a curse, Phoebe encouraged her to embrace it. Phoebe admires (VOICE)'s courage, while (VOICE) finds comfort In her stable presence. The two are rather close and despite the differences in their personality, they get along with ease.
