Biography

Though Darkrift enjoys sitting on the perch that many of the seafaring dragons before him sat he has no wish to go out to sea. He doesn't want to leave the dens at all and would prefer to stay near the dens, protecting the dragonets and other members of the clan over going out to find things. He often feels guilty for his hatred of traveling, knowing that it cuts down on the things that he's willing to do. His sister, Rosetall, supports his decision to be a guard but he can't help but wonder if he's holding her back.

"The thought of leaving the Labyrinth makes me ill. I hear all these horrible stories about the world beyond it and I can't imagine why anyone would want that kind of life."
