Biography

A recent experiment of the boss, Neon was an attempt to infuse the power of a machine with the mind of a dragon. He is very proud, and considers himself to be a higher form of dragon. Neon would rather go solo, but is bound by his last order, to remain in this clan, studying draconic behavior so that future models might be able to infiltrate the other flights.
