Biography
Celeste, like almost all Lightning dragons, is intelligent and ambitious. When she is experimenting or studying she is focused with a laser like intensity. Although unlike some Lightning dragons her experiments never truly stray into morally ambiguous territory. This is because she holds rules, laws, and morals in very high regard. Celeste is also quite the chatterbox (musicbox?). Sometimes she even forgets to speak in the Common Language. She is very social and very helpful. She kindly helps anyone who comes to her for help even if it inconveniences her. In fact this kindness goes so far as to give her trouble understanding why some dragons would do anything unkind. It may seem naive, but it is really a difference in perspective. She came to be a part of the Fell Wind clan due to her studies in biology, virology, and epidemiology. Her studies have made great progress while living here.
When she arrived a handsome blue coatl immediately caught her eye. He was one of two coatls in the clan so naturally she spent plenty of time with him. He was quite the flatterer and had a way with words. Although she started harboring feelings for him she decided that her studies were more important and that, although she wasn't ashamed of it, her less than bright coloring might put him off. Of course Wanderwing proved her wrong. He consistently complemented her dark beauty and took the time to make sure to coax her from her experiments in order for a meal or a nap. When she asked him why he did this he responded that he cared for her would like to stay by her side forever. So they started a relationship that is still going strong to this day.
Celeste runs a multitude of experiments on the type of diseases, viruses, and poisons found in the Fell Wind clan. She also runs studies on how these have effected the dragons living in it. While this does not directly benefit the Clan's survival it goes a long way with handling dragons transition to the hazardous environment and breeding those elements to the clans plans. The rest of the clan leaves the research to her and asks to borrow her notes and for her to report interesting findings. Although she has help from an unexpectedly bold bone fiend named Terrance.
Celeste's studies take up most of her time, but in the rare instance she does have free time she usually uses it for grooming her feathers as well as have a friendly chat with Namira over tea. Namira is probably her best friend in the clan although she has the tendency to overlook her more unsavory habits since she doesn't quite understand them.
