Once upon a time Osamu was brash, bold, and full of the vitriol. He fought against any that would stand against him, slaughtering or maiming those who would oppose him. In the beginning there were many, but with each battle won more and more refused to stand against him until he alone was left upon the field.

Finally, after years of battling, Osamu settled down. He joined a clan, found a mate, and raised hatchlings. After carrying so much anger within him for so many years, he was able to find some sort of peace.

The peace did not last. It took years, centuries even, but Osamu’s enemies hunted him down in his cozy den. His mate and hatchlings were the first to face their wrath, then came the rest of his clan

Osamu fought valiantly but even his might was no match for the sheer amount of enemies against him. His clan was destroyed within hours. Only those who had been smart enough to run or hide remained.

They fled as far as they could from the shaded hallows of the Shadow Flight’s land, seeking refuge amongst the astronomers and the stars they love so much.

Now Osamu’s clan seeks to rebuild but their loses are many. He leads them as best he can, hoping to make a new home for what remains. His efforts are not in vain. More and more souls are being drawn to their cause. Maybe, someday, Osamu’s folly can be forgotten.
